Andreea Vanacker is an entrepreneur, an international speaker, a 4x author, and she has been featured in over 100 Forbes and Fast Company articles on topics that inspire leaders to create human-centric organizations and individuals to thrive. SUCCESS Magazine named her among the Top 50 Women of Influence Shaping Our World in 2024.

She is a brain tumor survivor and brain science lover, and her work focuses on finding synergies between neuroscience, positive psychology, leadership, joy, and purpose.

Expanding on her TEDx talk and the Trilogy of Joy model that she developed, she founded One Million Years Of Joy, a global project on joy spanning over 38 countries, a podcast, and a future documentary on joy.

Andreea studied in Canada and France and holds a Ph.D. in Economics, and degrees in International Business and Finance, and she speaks four languages. She has managed multi-million-dollar businesses with global teams and has done business in over 50 countries.
