I help leaders rise—not just to positions, but to purpose. I work shoulder-to-shoulder with emerging leaders, women in leadership, entrepreneurs, and high-performance athletes and their coaches to build the confidence, clarity, and capacity to lead themselves, lead others, and lead change.

From classrooms to boardrooms, locker rooms to the world stage, I bring over two decades of experience in leadership development, emotional intelligence, team performance, and organizational culture. I’ve coached and mentored across sectors—from startups to school systems, from the Canadian Sport System to executive suites and start up scrums—and I bring that depth to every conversation.

I’m known for my energy, candor, and great learning experiences —practical, real-talk tools that stick. I hold safe, brave spaces for real growth. I speak the kind truth. I ask great questions. I make the complex feel doable.
